Dynamic Mixing with Automatic Sampling Solution
Accurate oil and water measurement is highly dependent on flow velocity. Under low-flow conditions or inconsistent flow velocities, achieving proper mixing for accurate measurement becomes impossible, which prevents real-time in-line sampling and water cut measurement in certain applications and creates challenges in many others.
However, the design of the DYCONET StartJET™ Dynamic Mixing System creates a consistent measurement environment and maintains a constant flow velocity that meets the required conditions, regardless of the application, water concentration, fluid viscosity, or temperature.
