The SAMPLEX™ SMS High-Efficiency Static Mixing Spool creates a homogeneous flow within the pipeline, ensuring accurate sampling and precise water-cut measurement. It requires no additional power source and, thanks to its design, achieves a turbulent flow with a much lower Reynolds number than conventional static mixers. The spool is composed of a fixed arrangement of positive and negative mixing elements that simultaneously generate cross-flow mixing, increasing turbulence and blend uniformity. Due to its efficient mixing element design, the SAMPLEX™ SMS achieves a homogeneous mixture using a relatively short spool length.
