SAMPLEX SMS

The SAMPLEX™ SMS High-Efficiency Static Mixing Spools create a homogeneous flow inside the pipeline, ensuring accurate sampling and water cut measurement. It does not require any additional power source and, thanks to its advanced design, achieves turbulent flow at a much lower Reynolds number compared to conventional static mixers.

The spool consists of a fixed arrangement of positive and negative mixing elements that simultaneously create cross-stream mixing to increase turbulence and enhance blending performance. The SAMPLEX™ SMS Static Mixing Spool is highly efficient, allowing a homogeneous mixture to be achieved within a short spool length due to its optimized mixing element design.
